    Philip D. Smith, president, formed the company in 1986 after almost 25 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), with experience at all levels of the FBI from Special Agent to Agent in Charge.

Philip D. Smith and Associates, Inc. is an information resource company furnishing services to Law Firms, Corporations, Government Entities, Insurance Companies and the Self Insured, to assist in decision making with regard to their responsibilities.
